19.5

Finally got my well deserved 19 hours and 30 minutes of sleep. Work has been REALLY busy lately plus I'm in the night to day shift transition period, so it gets extra hard. I slept 11 p.m. of May 5 and I purposely didn't set any alarms and placed my mobile phones on silent. The next thing I knew, it was May 6 6:30 p.m. I only have a day off, so I basically just spent it on recovery sleeping. 19 and a half hours of uninterrupted sleep, no peeing, no drinking and not even a single dream. Rejuvenating! Back in the grind tomorrow.
