1st of June 2011. After almost two years of being pescetarian, I have finally decided to do the transition to being a vegan. It is one of the most important decisions I have made in my life and I am proud of it. Being vegan made me a more compassionate and better person in ways that I have never thought of before.
In the documentary Earthlings, Joaquin Phoenix said, "We patronize them for their incompleteness, for their tragic faith for having taken forms so far below ourselves." That line hit me. It will forever leave an imprint on me.
